I've been wearing these type of insoles for years now but it's important to know that if this is your first pair they take a while to get used too. Initially they are likely to make your feet ache so wear them maybe in a spare pair of slippers for an hour or two a day until you are used to them.

I really liked these insoles because they helped me with my foot problems. They were durable and affordable. The only thing I disliked was that they made my shoes a bit tighter than usual, so I had to loosen the laces a bit. For starters I would advise buying several brands in your size and feel how they work, return the inserts that do not work for you . One aspect to consider is that the added support and cushioning of the insoles may slightly alter the fit of the shoes. Depending on the shoe style and fit, this can result in a tighter fit, particularly in shoes that are already snug. It’s important to take this into account when selecting the appropriate shoe size and considering the compatibility with certain footwear styles. The arch is quite low so these are comfortable but give less support, this plus a flexible forefoot should make these good to be worn in running shoes but I haven't tried this out yet.
